Licensing details, product ranges and terms can all change after we publish. If you spot something on Payline House that looks wrong, out of date, or no longer matches an operator's current position, please tell us.
How to flag something
Email hello@paylinehouse.com with the page you were reading and what looks off. A link to the specific page and a short description of the issue is all we need — there's no form to fill in.
What happens next
We check the point raised against the Gambling Commission register and, where relevant, the operator's own current terms. If a correction is needed, we update the page and adjust the "last updated" date shown on it. If we disagree that a change is needed, we'll explain why in our reply.
Licence status changes
If an operator's licence is suspended, varied or removed from the register after we publish, that is the fastest kind of correction to make, and we treat reports of this kind as a priority.
